About Me

Hi, I'm Sarah — I help people build lives they're proud of

My Story

I spent twelve years climbing a corporate ladder I hadn’t chosen, hitting every conventional milestone, and feeling quietly hollow at each one. The moment I admitted that to myself was terrifying — and also the beginning of everything good that followed.

I trained as a certified life coach with the International Coaching Federation, and have since worked with over 200 clients across four continents. My background spans corporate leadership, psychology, and mindfulness practice. More importantly, I’ve been exactly where many of my clients find themselves: capable, driven, but somehow disconnected from what actually matters to them.

My Approach

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. Every session starts with deep listening, not prescription. Together we uncover what’s actually getting in the way — whether that’s a limiting belief running silently in the background, a habit that’s stopped serving you, or simply a lack of clarity about what you want next.

My work draws on positive psychology, values-based coaching, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I combine rigorous tools with a warm, direct style. Expect honesty alongside compassion.

Working Together

Sessions are held via video call, so geography is never a barrier. I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure the attention and commitment each person deserves.

Whether you’re at a crossroads, navigating a major transition, or simply ready to stop drifting and start living intentionally — I’d love to hear where you are and where you want to go.
